Billy has been a hairstylist for 40 years & has developed an extensive amount of artistic skills.

He began his career in Atlanta, where he worked for 28 years & grew immensely as a stylist. His passion for hair began at a young age, and he has loved every moment of this fulfilling career! Billy specializes in color but loves all things hair!

6 years ago, he became the owner of Studio No. 9 and had a vision to create a place where guests feel loved & relaxed.

Billy hopes that you will feel well taken care of in this beautiful space, and he looks forward to seeing you soon!
